I think the number one most disliked should be Bettman for Canadians. Since he's taken over he has done his best to americanize the NHL. The biggest problems with the NHL have come since he's taken over.. Funny there wasn't as big of a fuss made when the Canadian teams were bought out by americans and moved there as what is going on now with the Coyotes. Think the NHL should now change it's name to BHL ,Bettmen hockey league. Canada should start it's own hockey league again, I'm sure this time it would not fail.. Canadians wants their league back. Let Bettman have his american hockey league..

1- Gary "Im a dirty double talk rat" Bettman- Just cannot stand this guy, but I have faith that hocey will indeed work in the desert. I mean the fan base has grown by at least one fan per year since they got there, now I think they are up to 18 fans (Canucks on vacation haha). As for the double talk arg "attendance is up". Oh ya, well your limp noddle is down cuz of course attendance is up when you give away tickets like the Dirty Desert Dogs give the tickets away to drunks.
2- Brett "Litre Cola" Favre- I know hes number 2 on my list, but I still must say thanks to him. Finally ended the Favre fiasco and its not even August. Congrats on a great career and congrats on tainting it with some of the most selfish behaviour I have seen in a long time. Will taste the bitterness for a long time as a long time jets fan for losing a promising young mind in Eric Mangini to some over the hill, throwing blindly off his back foot old man.

10-Marion "trade deadline" Hossa-Well if history repeats then chicago loses to....... *cross fingers* haha Toronto in the finals to make him a back-to-back-to-back runner up for the cup. No way he makes it through a third of that contract in the windy city, which btw wtf were they thinking about a contract to a 30 year old that brings a European Forward into his early 40's. I promise early buyout/retire/khl signing long before this contract is over.

8- Chad Johnson or is that Ocho Cinco, Nacho Tigre or whatever....... A T.O wannabee who gets less attention

7- Terrell Owens: apparently he is one of the top receivers of all time but he will just be remembered as a loud-mouth jerk !

6- Ulf Samuelsson: just plain lucky to still be alive after the multitude of knee on knee hits that he delivered particularly to Cam Neely

5- Mike Tyson: just an animal whose I.Q. is the same as his shoe size !

4- Tied for 4th, Claude Lemieux and Darcy Tucker. A couple of chicken-shit turtles who would gladly nail someone from behing and then cover their heads when it came ti fighting

3- Patrick Roy and his mini-me kid: I would love to someday read about an irate, drunken Chicoutimi junior hockey fan who kicks the crap out of mini-Roy in a bar fight !

2- Bud Selig: let's stop the witch hunt for steroid abusing baseball players. They were PERMITTED to use performance enhancing drugs by Selig and the owners in order to fill all those new stadiums. If I were to gain millions because of my increased muscle mass and everyone turned a blind eye to it, I'd do it too !

1- Gary ( I am the boss!) Bettman: what more can be said about a politician whose main focus is keeping the approval of the N.H.L. Board of Governers instead of improving the fan support of hockey ! Hamilton, Quebec City and Winnipeg are and always will be much better markets than Phoenix, Nashville and Atlanta. Did you notice that the rink-side announcers in those cities and many other american cities actually announce power-play opportunities !! I guess this is to tell their fans that this is what happens when the visiting team takes a penalty !!

You wasted your own time writing this rubbish and you wasted mine reading it. It is a lazy effort, as you admit but really, with three for the Senators and four for Arsenal without any elaboration is a dishonest way of rounding out the ten. Do you guys get paid to write shit like this? If so, how do I get on the gravy train?

As a soccer fan, my list is gonna be a little different, but here goes..
1. Cristiano Ronaldo: a playboy, cry baby, and all around egomaniac. If I ever hated a sports persona it is Ronaldo. He is a twisted snob who thinks he's abov everyone else. He disgusts me. The way he carries himself is made worse by his play. Admittedly he is a good player but he also dives, feigns injury and is a cheat. I dont see how a good player could be so nasty. He's the number one a**hole in sports.
2. Ashley "Cashley" Cole:He bailed on his club, wrote unnecessary rude remarks about his teammates, and left a good club for more money. Nuff said.
3. King (ego) James: The most egotistical player to stride onto the court. He's good, but a ball hog who only does things for his own stats. If I was Cleavland I would cut the cord and find a better player because his diva problems are going to affect the lockerroom and the teams mentality.
4. Ocho Cinco: Whichever attention seeking fata** decides it would be fun to change his name to 85 is an idiot. Who does that?! He's a diva, if Plaxico Buress was going to shoot someone other than himself in the foot, it should better be Chad "Ocho Cinco" Johnson.
5. Tottenham Football Club: They just make me sick. They are a bad team that will never amount to anything. They are needy and think they can buy good soccer, well it takes chemistry and i hope that Tottenham continues to fail in the future. Maybe I'm only hating because I'm an arsenal fan but they do suck, lets face it.
6. Jose Calderon: The former Real Madrid president is a liar, phony, and always finds ways to offend people. His latest quote speaks volumes: "12,00 euros is a years salary for some people here in Spain. I can spend that much on a bottle of wine." Anyone that close minded to say something that pig-headed should just leave sports for their own safety.
I'm not too sure who else I would add, maybe David Beckham for refusing to commit to L.A., Major League Soccer for failing to do better, the Yankees because of how much money they blow to not win a title. Manny Ramirez, Alex Rodriguez, most wrestlers, and the Senators for feeling that they can be Ontario's team, yea right.

4. Chris Bosh- a decent player when he wants to be but can't play defense worth a crap, he's a ghost in the paint in his own end and if the game gets physical, he shuts down and yet demands that Toronto gets players to show a commitment to winning....how about your own.
5. Mark Cuban- drama Queen and that's probably an insult to drama Queens.
6. Al Davis- the game has passed you by and your Raiders are living on borrowed time because you draft the pits, develop the pits, and players just don't want to go there even tho you have some of the most dedicated fans in the game.
7. Barry Bonds- this testy little player cheated his fans because of being an ego maniac and then can't fess up to his own wrongdoings because it may mean not getting into the hall...your stats after the steroid issues dropped dramatically and your body couldn't rebound without the juice.
8. Ron Artest- Larry, Curly and Moe, if he could just stick to the game and not the BS he'd be off this list in a heartbeat but he can't.
9. Terrell Owens- see Ron Artest
10. Mike Tyson- shows how punch drunk, lost in the woods, boxers making too much money, too little intellect end up with nothing and nobody but a bunch of hangers on living off a name....it's a shame because the talent was there but without anything else...how can you lose 100 million....just give it to Mike...easily done.

One guy on my list is Gretzky. He's been a lousy coach and at $8 million/season, he's making 8 times the salary of most other NHL coaches. He always seems to have a scowl on his face, now he's suing the city because his precious salary isn't being paid fast enough. He should pack it in and quit his greedy quest. He's a big part of that team's problems.
